Specimen Collection Requirements: | A nuchal translucency (NT) ultrasound is required and must be performed by an individual certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) to obtain NT measurements. Edmonton: Ultrasound to be performed before or on the same day as blood collection. Calgary: This test is performed in combination with First Trimester Nuchal Translucency Ultrasound Screen provided by Maternal Fetal Medicine, EFW Radiology. | ||||||||
