Clinical Indications:

Evaluating patients with specific signs or symptoms of ANA-associated systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease particularly systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjogren syndrome, mixed connective tissue disease, scleroderma, and polymyositis. Antinuclear antibodies are also commonly found in healthy individuals.
