Clinical Indications:	H. Pylori Test (H pylori stool antigen, HPSAT) is recommended as the primary test for H. pylori for most patients. For testing in Calgary Zone and South Zone, refer to H. pylori test (Calgary/South) For testing in Edmonton Zone and collections at Patient Service Centres in North Zone and Central Zone, refer to H. pylori test (Edmonton/Central/North) For collections in North Zone and Central Zone outside of Patient Service Centres, antigen testing is not available because of sample stability issues. Urea breath test should be ordered instead. Urea Breath Test Test is restricted to specific clinical indications, patient location, or 3rd party/Naturopath request. Refer to Urea breath test for test requirements and information. If H. Pylori Culture (HELICOBACTER PYLORI CULTURE) is required (gastric and duodenal biopsies only), refer to Helicobacter pylori, culture
