Additional Test Information: | This test is used as a last resort when other fungal diagnostic tests are negative (e.g. fungal culture). Testing must be approved by the Public Health Lab (ProvLab) Microbiologist On-Call. Testing can only be added on to a specimen previously collected for fungal culture.
