Specimen Collection Requirements:

Preferred: fresh frozen tissue
Acceptable: tissue sections

fresh frozen tissue 70(preferred) OR FFPE - 10 fresh cut sections 10um each with one (1) H&E slide at 4um OR skin biopsy fresh frozen OR skin biopsy in 1-3ml tissue transport media OR Extracted DNA 2 to 5 ug at 50ug/ml (40 uL minimum volume)

A pathology report must accompany specimen in order for testing to be performed.
