Method and Interpretation of Results: | Frozen specimens should be analyzed within 24 hours from collection time. Frozen specimens received 24 – 48 hours after collection will be analyzed but may have falsely elevated ammonia levels. Frozen specimens not received within 48 hours of collection will be rejected. | |||||||||||||
