Immediately following collection, deliver the sample and the completed requisition form to an APL Community Lab Location.
If a delay of more than 6 hours is unavoidable, the sample must be refrigerated (not frozen) until delivery.
Do NOT add ice to the sample.

Transportation:

Community Lab personnel: Samples must be submitted with coolant (not loose ice) and be received at Public Health Laboratory North within 48 hours of collection.
