Ordering Alert: | Order the following test that best fits the patient’s medical history: For type 1 diabetes diagnosis, order Anti-Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase (GAD65) as the first-line serology test. For detecting antibodies to exogenous insulin that may cause reduced insulin activity, order Insulin, Free and Total (Referred Test). | ||
