Alberta Health Services is aware that Dynalife intends to appeal the decision to select Sonic Healthcare as its preferred proponent of laboratory services in the Edmonton area pursuant to the Laboratory Services Request for Proposals (RFP).
We respect that Dynalife has the right to appeal our decision, and that process will unfold. There will be no interruption in laboratory services during the appeal process.
We are confident the RFP process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner with all proponents being treated equally, and that the robust RFP evaluation and selection process has resulted in the selection of the best quality laboratory service solution for Albertans.
