Specialist care and surgery as required.Provides adult patients access to specialist care and surgery as needed for: acute anorectal pain (but not severe enough to warrant an emergency general surgery consult from the ER) typical anal outlet bleeding (bright red, on paper / into bowl, not mixed in stool) recurrent or chronic anorectal suppuration (recurrent perianal / pilonidal abscesses in same location) repeat visits to ER for anorectal problems unusual or unexplained findings around the anus (e.g., suspicious anal mass)
