Through the 2014 Workforce Engagement Survey, you asked us to convey a clearer picture of AHS’ desired future and how your roles can contribute to our shared successes. We heard similar themes in People Strategy consultations with internal and external participants.
The AHS vision belongs to all of us. That is why we’re asking you to be involved in choosing a vision statement that reflects our higher purpose and inspires people to rally behind that common purpose.
