Chronic Pain Clinic

Provides assessments and pain management.

We are currently NOT accepting new referrals.

Inclusion Criteria:

• have complex chronic pain
• are 18 years of age or older
• reside in Alberta with valid Albert Health Care number
• have a primary care provider prepared to work closely with the treatment team and provide follow-up
• are in stable medical condition
• are cognitively capable of practicing in assessment and treatment

Exclusion Criteria:

• no Emergency Room or inpatient referrals
• pregnancy
• have mental health condition that would preclude participation in assessment and treatment
• have an untreated, unstable substance addiction
• have an active cancer diagnosis
