The Adolescent Pregnancy clinic is currently closed to referrals.Services include: Help with decision making regarding your pregnancy and referrals to other resources if needed prenatal visits (e.g. vitamins, check ups, counselling) prenatal education and hospital tours shared care with a doctor that delivers babies care for the first 6 months after delivery on-site blood collection transportation support interpreter services available if needed birth control counselling and prescribing IUD insertions sexually transmitted infection testing arranging ultrasounds referrals for support with housing, parenting, nutrition, substance use issues and family violence free pregnancy tests health for two services The clinic include works as a team and includes: a nurse practitioner that provides medical care a social worker that provides resources and emotional support a dietician who provides dietary education
