Hearing Clinic

The Pediatric Otolaryngology service provides consultations for children (0-17 years of age) with diagnosed permanent hearing loss, including sensorineural, mixed, or permanent conductive loss The Pediatric Otolaryngology service provides consultations for children (0-17 years of age) with diagnosed permanent hearing loss. Hearing loss may be sensorineural, mixed, or permanent conductive.

Consultation with a pediatrician is offered for children 0-5 years old who do not have pediatric services in place.


Individualized management plans may include further diagnostic testing, surgery, or referrals to other services as needed.

Eligibility

0 - 17 years of age with hearing loss and / or diagnosed permanent hearing loss, including sensorineural, mixed, or permanent conductive loss.
