Connective Tissue Disorders Rehabilitation Clinic

This program focuses on the specialized assessment and management of rare genetically confirmed inherited connective tissue disorders. This appointment is with a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist (Physiatrist). Please note that this clinic does not accept referrals for Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders or Hypermobile Ehlers-Danos Syndrome.

Examples of diagnoses seen in this clinic include:

  • Marfan Syndrome
  • Loeys-Dietz Syndromes
  • Kyphoscoliotic Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
  • Osteogenesis Imperfecta
  • Down Syndrome
  • Familial Thoracic Aneurysm and Dissection syndromes

Eligibility

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any new referrals to the CTD Clinic until September 2027. Referring physician can refer to a community Musculoskeletal Physiatry Clinic (Such as but not excluded to: Access Orthopaedics, Alberta Neurologic Centre, Infini health, Kinesis, Vivo Cura Health)
