Transplant Psychiatry

The transplant psychologist provides supportive counseling and most frequently assists people in dealing with issues related to transplants.

The transplant psychologist works in collaboration with the transplant social workers in
order to provide both patients and care providers with the emotional support that is often required throughout the transplant process. The transplant psychologist provides
supportive counseling and most frequently assists people in dealing with issues related
to stress, anxiety, depression, hope, loss, grief and relationship issues.
