Community Geriatric Mental Health Service

Mental health services for seniors living in the community who have moderate to severe mental health and substance use concerns.

This program offers mental health and substance use assessment, treatment planning and recommendations, group and individual therapy for older adults.
These services are offered in an outpatient clinic.
This service does not offer crisis intervention.
Psychiatry Consultation Available
Age 60+.

Eligibility

Clients must meet the following requirements:

  • 60 years or older
  • moderate to severe mental health and substance use concerns
  • able to engage in group programming
