Children's Allied Health - Behavioural

Children's Allied Health - Behavioural Services is a family based, early intervention program designed to provide behavioural strategies to children and support to parents to manage behaviours occurring in the home. Open referral for families with children aged 7 years and under.

Sleep Education: Information and supports for parents to develop healthy sleeping habits in children and prevent sleep deprivation.

Services include:

  • Assist children in identifying and expressing their emotions.
  • Learn tools and strategies to help them manage emotions appropriately.
  • Assist children in expressing their feelings about their parent’s separation or divorce.
  • Learn positive coping strategies to assist children in adjusting to changes in the family.
  • Learn tools and coping strategies to nurture the child’s independence and improve confidence.
  • Parent Coaching- Behavioural consultation services for parents.
