Respiratory Therapy - Community

Provides education in group or individualized sessions to patients with chronic lung disease, as well as perform diagnostic tests in the community such as arterial blood gases and spirometry.

This team provides:

  • Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) walk tests (offer ONLY at CapitalCare Choice South and Dickinsfield location)

Eligibility

Available to all ages who have a chronic respiratory disease.

Service Access

Asthma and COPD education can be requested on a self-referral basis.
