Provides neuropsychological assessments for adults (18 years and older) who have sustained a stroke within the past two years and are having cognitive problems, to inform readiness to return to work or school. Older adults - outpatient neuropsychological assessment services are provided for older adults with features of cognitive decline (e.g., memory, language) or changes in behavior and personality to aid in the diagnosis of age-related neurocognitive disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson’s disease/Lewy body pathology).
MCI group – We offer a treatment program for older adults with memory impairment.
Older adults are assessed for problems with memory and thinking, such as mild cognitive impairment and dementia. Treatment and education includes dementia information sessions for family members and caregivers, and group treatment for mild cognitive impairment.
