Our hospital-based outpatient physical therapy programs offer specialized, evidence-based care tailored to individuals facing challenges from Parkinsonism, osteoporosis, balance deficits and/or functional limitations. Our dedicated physical therapists tailor interventions to each individual's challenges, focusing on building bone health, improving gait, and preventing falls to help patients safely regain their independence and confidence in daily life.
