Child must be under 4 years of age
Must have an abnormal neuroimaging or neurological / neuromotor exam. Exam findings may include:
- Difficulty with walking / gait concerns
- Abnormal tone or posture
- Delayed motor milestones
- Possible underlying neurological or neuromuscular condition
Must have complex concerns related to motor abilities or motor development that have a functional impact on the child and can't be addressed by a community doctor
In addition to the motor concern, the child may also present with:
- Speech and language / communication concerns
- Cognition concerns
- Social/emotional concerns
- Adaptive / self-help concerns
