Accept only referrals UAH Plastic Surgeons for assessment of acute traumatic and post-surgical hand and wrist conditions. Acute trauma and post-surgical hand therapy services manage: Wounds Edema Scars Splinting Range of motion Strengthening Functional rehabilitation Patient education The service provides condition-specific treatment protocols, including: Tendon repairs Arthroplasty Tenolysis Fractures Complex hand and wrist injuries Care is provided in coordination and consultation with UAH Plastic Surgeons. No external referrals are accepted.
