Pediatric Cochlear Implant Service
Provides cochlear implant assessment and follow up for pediatric patients.Assessment and rehabilitation services are provided by a multidisciplinary team which may include audiology, speech-language pathology, social work and psychology. An otolaryngologist and pediatrician are available for consultation.

EligibilityAges 0 to 17 years - 11 months.
Referral Needed
- Referrals including an audiogram is required when referring for cochlear implant assessment
- Referrals for cochlear implant assessment accepted from audiologists and otolaryngologists
- Referrals for a cochlear implant in place is accepted from physicians, audiologists, speech pathologists

When a referral is received the client will be called or emailed an appointment.
