Prenatal Classes

This program provides education about labour, birth, vaginal and cesarean delivery, breastfeeding, postpartum care of the mom and newborn.

This service provides education about:

• labour
• birth (vaginal and cesarean delivery)
• postpartum care of mom and newborn
• relaxation and breathing exercises
• breastfeeding
• some parenting skills

Any courses taken should end 4 to 6 weeks before your due date.
