Pediatric Centre for Weight and Health

At the Pediatric Centres for Weight and Health children and their families are connected with a variety of health care providers.

The Pediatric Centres for Weight and Health (PCWH) support children and families reaching their healthy lifestyle goals and promote healthy growth and development. Our team partners with your family to set health goals at your own pace considering nutrition, physical activity, health, mental health and well-being. You may work with our team one-on-one or in a group setting.

Every child and family's journey is unique. Our goal is to support healthy lifestyle changes that are respectful and responsive to your family's needs and values.

Service Providers May Include
dietitians, endocrinologists, exercise specialists, outreach coordinators, pediatricians, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses (RNs), social workers

Available to children ages 2 to 17 years with a BMI above the 85th percentile.
