Group education workshops designed for people to master how they manage with obesity or overweight, and make successful healthy changes.
Classes are offered weekdays, evenings and weekends.The workshops are in series of three group sessions building the skill level to achieve:
- eating habits and patterns
- proper nutrition
- stress management
- dealing with emotions
- setting goals
- being active

In Edmonton, healthcare providers from the Weight Management Adult Community Program lead the workshops in small groups.
