Provides support and resources to past Claresholm Centre for Mental Health and Addictions inpatients living in the community of Claresholm.

Services include:

Eligibility

Admission Criteria:

  • adults ( 18-65 years of age )
  • primary psychiatric diagnosis
  • willingness to participate in programs
  • have been stabilized on the units at CCMHA
Referral Needed

Referrals are only accepted from the inpatient units at Claresholm Centre for Mental Health and Addictions.
