The Adult Psychosis Program is a sub-specialty and multi-disciplinary program dedicated to providing specialized assessments and follow-up care to individuals with chronic psychotic disorders and to individuals over the age of 35 years with first episode psychosis.Service offers: evidence informed care training for residents and students case management medication management (including injection clinic and clozapine) family support and education individual therapy psychoeducation psychosocial support recovery-oriented care evidence based group therapy such as CBT for psychosis group, Wellness and Recovery Group, CBT Basics Group® CTO Management psychiatric consultation and treatment psychological assessment Comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic clarification/refinement
