Viral Hepatitis and Cirrhosis Clinic

Supports patients with Hepatitis C or Cirrhosis.

Clinic consists of a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dietitian, and allied health services for patients with an established diagnosis of one of the Viral Hepatitis. Services include supportive education for patients & families, assistance to set-up medication funding and delivery, monitoring during treatment, and education to prevent re-infection.

Clinic consists of a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dietitian, and allied health services for patients with an established diagnosis of one of the Cirrhosis. Services include supportive education for patients & families, Fibroscan, monitoring during medical management of Cirrhosis.

Eligibility

People who have been disgnosed with Viral Hepatitis, who are interested in further education and / or treatment. Patients who are diagnosed with Cirrhosis.
