The clinic focuses on prevention or recurrence of a stroke, and identification and management of risk factors, in clients who have had a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), or those at risk for stroke or TIA.Services include: individual and group education sessions related to stroke, lifestyle, and risk factors** Stroke Navigator provides in person support for clients when attending their virtual health Edmonton Stroke Prevention Clinic appointments with the Neurologist. referral to other programs as required ** Sessions available in Grande Prairie only. .
