Offers intravenous (IV) antibiotics at home.

Provides intravenous (IV) antibiotics at home. Healthcare providers teach clients and caregivers how to use an IV pump to give the antibiotics.

infectious diseases physicians, pharmacists, registered nurses (RNs), social workers
Eligibility

Service targeted to:

  • 18 years and older
  • client must have a telephone
  • clients require a fridge to store medications
