Nutrition Services

Provides one-to-one nutrition counseling and tailored nutrition advice to help clients to improve dietary behaviours associated with good health and can also provide guidance on a diet their doctor has recommended.

Some of the more common reasons to see a registered dietitian include:

  • Malnutrition
  • Allergies impacting adequacy of diet
  • Celiac disease
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis)
  • High Cholesterol or Dyslipidemia
  • Hypertension
  • Restricted diet resulting in nutrition deficiencies (i.e vegan)
  • Pregnancy and Lactation

Follow-up appointments can be booked if needed.
