Provides one-to-one nutrition counseling and tailored nutrition advice to help clients to improve dietary behaviours associated with good health and can also provide guidance on a diet their doctor has recommended.Some of the more common reasons to see a registered dietitian include: Malnutrition Allergies impacting adequacy of diet Celiac disease Irritable bowel syndrome inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis) High Cholesterol or Dyslipidemia Hypertension Restricted diet resulting in nutrition deficiencies (i.e vegan) Pregnancy and Lactation Follow-up appointments can be booked if needed.
