Provides one-to-one nutrition counseling and tailored nutrition advice that align with the client's goals that improve dietary behaviours associated with good health. We can also provide guidance on a diet their doctor has recommended.Some of the more common reasons to see a registered dietitian include: malnutrition allergies impacting adequacy of diet celiac disease irritable bowel syndrome inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis) high Cholesterol or Dyslipidemia hypertension restrictive diet resulting in nutrient deficiencies (i.e Keto, Paelo, etc) pregnancy and Lactation vegan and vegetarian Follow-up appointments can be booked if needed.
