Please refer to the referral criteria. Referral to come from Family Physician or Gynecologist

Referral Needed

referral criteria:

women in menopause or perimenopause

  • hormone therapy has been tried without success
  • premature ovarian insufficiency (POI)
  • surgical menopause
  • medically complex and may be ineligible for hormone therapy
