Note

Hours of Operation, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM:

Week 1: Tuesday - Friday

Week 2: Monday - Wednesday

Week 3: Monday - Friday

Week 4: Tuesday - Thursday

The Operating Room is closed Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays. Staff on call for emergency surgeries outside regular hours.

Service Providers May Include
anesthesiologists, dietitians, doctors, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), occupational therapists (OTs), physical therapists (PTs), registered nurses (RNs), social workers, surgeons
Referral Needed

Surgeon referral: Sends a completed booking form to the Operating Room.

Visiting surgeons: the surgical clinic clerk books surgery at the time of the consultation with the surgeon.
