Offers assessment, treatment, and education for people with acute blood clots. Service includes

  • diagnosis
  • client teaching and follow-up
  • investigation and treatment of disease and related conditions
  • short term anticoagulation medicine (e.g., warfarin, heparin) management (KEC Only)
  • consultations

Follow-up time ranges from 3 months to 1 year.
