This service assesses and diagnoses hearing loss.Services at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital include: Hearing tests for children from birth to 6 years of age who wear hearing aids. NOTE: Does not offer hearing aid services. These services are accessed privately Special tests (ABR) for babies 1 - 6 months of age who were referred on their newborn hearing screening Testing for patients 7 years of age to adult who are dizzy or have balance issues.

Clients must:
Have complex hearing needs that cannot be assessed and / or managed at a community audiology site
Have complex balance problems and be at least 7 years of age to undergo the balance assessment. Patient must be able to follow multi-step instructions and must weigh less than 300 lbs (136 kgs).
