Patient Education is currently closed to public and staff.

Focuses on heart-related education and support about heart disease, conditions, treatments, nutrition, and community resources. Provides:

  • computers with free internet access and printer capabilities
  • variety of books, pamphlets and websites on heart disease and other health related education materials
  • phone for making local calls. Long distance calls can be made using a calling card or credit card
  • staffed by volunteers to assist

Free education sessions are offered on heart disease, conditions, treatments, nutrition and more. Sessions focus on building healthy hearts and lifestyles. Pick up a calendar of these free education sessions.
