Provides care to people with acute knee injuries.People need to do an online questionnaire to see if they are eligible for the program. If eligible, their knee problem will be assessed and diagnosed through the Acute Knee Injury Clinic. If they are not eligible, they will be provided with advice on where to access appropriate care.

The main entrance to the Sport Medicine Centre on Collegiate Boulevard has a ramp and remote doors to allow for wheelchair access.
By Car:Exit 32 Ave NW onto Collegiate Blvd NW. Drive passed the Olympic Oval and turn right into parking lot 16 (P16). Visitors must pay for hourly parking through the parking meters located at each ends of the lot. From P16 lot proceed to walk East to the Kinesiology B Building.
By Train:
Walk approximately 11 minutes west from the University C Train Station. Follow the link for google maps walking directions.

Online access to initial form is available rhough our website 24 hours a day.
For people 10 and older with an acute knee injury that happened within the last 6 weeks.
Those patients with an injury to a knee replacement are ineligible. They need to re-visit their surgeon.
Go to Acute Knee Injury Clinic website and click on "Apply Online" to do the screening questionnaire. Submit your questionnaire, and you will be contacted via email to set up your first appointment if you are eligible for the program. All patients MUST have access to email and internet as all appointment booking is done electronically.
Wait period may vary 1-2 days.
