The Building Trades of Alberta Courage Centre (BTACC) offers rehabilitation services that use technology to assist people with physical and cognitive problems.Some of the technology used includes: a virtual reality pod with hardware that tracks motion, a driving simulator to train clients to drive again, a robotic-assisted gait trainer (Lokomat) to assist clients in learning to walk again, and a classroom with computers and a SMART board to assist clients with improving their memory and decision-making skills.
