Family Care Clinic

Provides primary health care to people and their families in under-serviced areas of Alberta.

Provides primary family healthcare programs and services with a focus on staying well, preventing chronic disease, and managing chronic diseases. Linked with other healthcare services and community services, FCCs (Family Care Clinics) are good for people who:

  • need a family doctor
  • have a chronic disease
  • have an addiction problem
  • have mental health needs

counsellors, dietitians, family practice doctors, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), occupational therapists (OTs), pharmacists, physical therapists (PTs), registered nurses (RNs), social workers
