This clinic helps young people between the ages of 16-24 years who are struggling with a mental health issue with their transition from adolescent mental health services into adulthood.Services include:
individual and / or group therapy
psychiatric consultations (when and if necessary)
referral to adult mental health services (when and if necessary).

Referrals typically need to be sent to Access Mental Health for processing. Self-referrals can be made by calling Access Mental Health. Referrals from WITHIN the Child and Adolescent Addiction and Mental Health Programs do not need to go through Access MH - they can be faxed directly to the program for processing (403-955-8780)
