Transitions Classroom

Provides support for students, teachers and school personnel in the Transitions Mental Health classroom to meet the student's educational and mental health needs.

Services include:

  • support to Calgary School Boards in their mental health classrooms
  • short term individual work
  • outreach services to address school readiness for those students unable to attend school due to mental health concerns
