The Addiction & Mental Health Adult Outreach - Depot Clinic provides long acting medication administration via injection and medication and mental health monitoring for clients with a mental illness.Assists clients with mental illness to improve and or maintain their well being through consistent administration of long acting medications via injection. Staff members: assess the individual’s mental health monitor effect and side effects of medication monitor compliance collaborate with the client and their psychiatrist/ physician and provide education The community support team assists by transporting clients who would have difficulty getting to the clinic.
