support for Indigenous adults for weight loss
support for Indigenous adults to maintain/improve their health when living with health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), arthritis, etc.
staff that are part of and connected to the Indigenous community
free classes for community organizations
a team of a registered dietitians who provide personalized support to their clients

Indigenous adults (age 18+) with a condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc., or wanting help to reduce smoking. First Nations (Status, Non-Status), Métis, and Inuit.
Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral guidelines and referral forms.
