Addiction and Mental Health - Housing Services

Provides collaborative assessment, consultation and assistance in accessing a continuum of mental health or concurrent housing programs.

The mental health or concurrent housing continuum consists of transitional housing, harm reduction housing, permanent supported housing, lodges and group homes.

Individual housing consults also available.

Adults with mental health or concurrent disorders. Criteria for each housing initiative varies.
