Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Neurological Rehabilitation

A neurological rehabilitation program for adults.

Short term rehabilitation program for adults who recently experienced a neurological event and who benefit from an active rehabilitation program with a focus on self-management skills and community reintegration.

Service Providers May Include
neuropsychologists, occupational therapists (OTs), physiotherapists, psychologists, recreational therapists, social workers, speech language pathologists, therapy assistants

Client must be medically stable, and be physically and cognitively able to participate in an active rehabilitation program.
