Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

Provides assessment and treatment for clients who have complex medical conditions of a musculoskeletal nature that requires specialty rehabilitation services not available through other community resources.

Treatment offered for musculoskeletal conditions that may include:

  • hand and upper extremity injuries
  • multiple trauma
  • amputation
  • certain rheumatology diagnoses
  • complex joint arthroplasty

Eligibility

Must be medically stable, physically and cognitively able to participate in an active rehabilitation program.
