Pediatric Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program

The Pediatric Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program (SROP) offers personalized treatment and guidance for children and youth with complex disability, to improve child, family health and health-related outcomes.

The Pediatric Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program (SROP) healthcare team provides individualized, intensive, and goal-directed episodes of care in partnership with patients, families, and community providers. Individual or group interventions are offered with a focus on rehabilitation to support development, promote adaption, and optimize function and well-being of each individual and their caregiver / family.

Eligibility

SROP - Pediatrics serves children up to 18 years of age, who require tertiary level individual or group treatment.

Referral Needed

Internal referrals from a GRH clinic, program, or service are through the Connect Care internal referral process. Some external referrals may be considered. Please call for details.
