Pediatric Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program

The Pediatric Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program (SROP) offers personalized treatment and guidance for children and youth with complex disability, to improve child, family health and health-related outcomes.

In partnership with patients, families, and community providers, individualized, intensive, and goal-directed interventions are provided by a specialized health care team.

Individual or group interventions are offered with a rehabilitative focus aimed at supporting development, promoting adaption as well as optimizing function, and well-being of each individual, their care-giver and family.

Eligibility

SROP - Pediatrics serves children up to 18 years of age, who require tertiary level individual or group treatment.

Referral Needed

Internal referrals from a GRH clinic, program, or service are through the eClinician internal referral process
