Neurology Central Access and Triage

Provides a central referral service for people who need to see a neurologist. If a patient is currently seeing a Neurologist, or has been seen with one year, please contact the office of that Neurologist directly.

Programs included within Neurology Central Access and Triage (NCAT):

  • ALS
  • CHAMP (Headache)
  • Cognitive Clinic
  • Epilepsy Clinic
  • General Neurology
  • Movement Disorders
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Neuroimmunology
  • Neuromuscular
  • Neurovestibular

Referrals to the Urgent Neurology and Stroke Prevention Clinics should be sent directly to those clinics as they are not part of Neurology Central Access and Triage.

Whenever possible, a patient should be connected to a family doctor or general practitioner that oversees their medical care.
